It’s a wonderful club, I’ve been going to group programs for many years, the coaching staff is just perfect, there’s something for everyone. But the coolest training sessions are with Denis Menshikov and Gennady Seleznev!!! These are masters of their craft, they approach training with soul, and every time there is something new and interesting. Their step and aerobics are simply at an incredible level. Overall the club has 5+ stars.

The best fitness club in its segment. Small area, but everything is distributed very correctly. The main part of the area is for exercise equipment, a large free weights area, additional power racks for squats and deadlifts, a separate area for crossfit and functional training, a lot of cardio equipment, a small area for fighting. Large room for group classes. All working simulators. There are technogyms, and there are others with good biomechanics. There is a cooler with water. A huge row of dumbbells, and a lot of weight plates. To sum it up: the hall is great! The equipment and exercise equipment are in order: nothing torn or faulty.

On the advice of a friend, I came to this club. And I didn’t regret it at all. Conveniently located. On Central Avenue. The equipment is different and in sufficient quantity. There are showers, Hammam, solarium. Purely. Always a friendly atmosphere. Responsive staff. And most importantly, I found my coach. This is Maria Yakushina. She carefully prepares for each lesson, thinks through the load and monitors the quality of the exercises. Always interested in how you feel during and after training. The dosage is increased gradually, the complexes are interesting and varied.

There is a great team of trainers working here! You can always turn to them: they will give you the right advice and teach you. There are enough trainers. In the morning and afternoon the hall is freer. The group programs are all wonderful too! Well done guys. I wish further prosperity to the club!
